You have 30 days from your hire date to make your benefit elections. Start by reviewing this benefits site to learn more about your options. Then, when you’re ready to enroll, log into the PPi Benefit Solutions Portal at ppienroll.com. First-time users must register using company key PPI.
Pre-Enrollment Checklist
- Confirm that your medical, dental and vision providers are in-network, or search for in-network options.
- Review your plan options to determine what’s right for you.
- Decide whether to contribute to any applicable pre-tax savings accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Commuter Benefits) — and if so, how much to save each pay period.

To enroll in the American Lung Association’s sponsored benefits:
- Visit ppienroll.com and make your benefit elections within 30 days of your hire date.
- If you are enrolling your spouse in the medical plan, you will need to complete and return the Spousal Surcharge Waiver Form to [email protected].
- If you are enrolling dependents in any of the plans, you must provide supporting documentation establishing dependent status relationship. Submit verification of dependent status to [email protected].
