Vision Plan

The vision plan provides coverage for routine eye exams and pays for all or a portion of the cost of glasses or contact lenses. You can choose any provider; however, you always save money if you see in-network providers.

MetLife offers access to thousands of private practice providers and top optical chains like Costco Optical, Visionworks and more. Special service arrangements with Walmart and Sam’s Club make it easy to use benefits even though they are out of network.

To find an in-network provider: Go to metlife.com and choose “Find a Vision Provider.” Select the MetLife Vision VSP Choice network and then enter your ZIP code.

NOTE: MetLife is paperless, and they do not mail out ID cards; so if you need one, you will need to register and print your ID card.
