If you’re going to be a good caregiver to others, it’s important that you’re a good caregiver to yourself!
Ease your mind by talking to an experienced counselor at no cost through the EAP. Cover topics like parenting, childcare or eldercare. You and your eligible dependents get up to five phone or video sessions per calendar year, regardless of whether you’re enrolled in a medical plan.
Support for Pregnancy and Beyond
Maven provides 24/7 virtual access to pregnancy and newborn care, including OB-GYNs, doulas, lactation consultants, midwives and sleep coaches whenever members need them the most.

Pay for Child or Eldercare
Use a Dependent Care Account (DCA) to pay for eligible childcare expenses for dependents under age 13 or eldercare using pre-tax dollars. Examples of eligible expenses include:

- Summer day camps
Tip: You have to enroll in the DCA during your annual benefits open enrollment period. If you didn’t enroll for 2026, but you’re thinking of expanding your family or know you may need to take care of a loved one in 2027, consider enrolling in the account this fall.
